Why Do You Need A Microsoft Access Database Developer Programmer?

For office processes that rely on paper, spreadsheets, and manual people intervention, I can design and develop a bespoke Access database solution. A database is an excellent and more robust spreadsheet alternative. This will free up people and result in a much more streamlined and efficient process. You get to benefit from process automation, lower costs and a much better live view of what’s happening within your business all at the push of a button.

We develop the forms/screens to include data entry validation and built-in automation. For the example form below, automatically calculate the member’s age, and automatically email the Member’s barcode and reports.

Do I Need A Network For My Access Database?

You do not have to have your own network for the MS Access database solution as we can provide an Azure SQL database within the Microsoft Azure business cloud so that all of your PCs/Laptops can access the Access database from anywhere in the world securely. If you have your own network, we can utilise it to hold the Access backend data tables.

What Is Microsoft Access and How Do I Get It?

Microsoft Access is a database tool for creating business applications. MS Access can help you create impressive and highly functional applications suited to your business needs. It allows you to automate previously manual processes freeing up employees’ time.

To get Microsoft Access you can subscribe to Microsoft 365 at this link. You can also get it by downloading a free version called Microsoft Access Runtime by clicking here. This will only allow you to run Access Databases that have been created and developed for you using a paid version of Microsoft Access.

As a Microsoft Access database developer, I can develop and support all versions of Microsoft MS Access including Access 97, Access 2000, Access 2002, Access 2003, Access 2007, Access 2010, Access 2013 and Access 2016 although I’d prefer to develop new database projects with the latest version possible.

For smaller automation requirements that do not warrant an Access database solution, I can code a Python script. The script would then be presented to you as a usual executable .exe file to run on any Windows computer.

Should you require help or training with an existing MS Access database solution I may be able to guide you in the right direction and my advice is free. Expert and skilled help are only a few clicks away.

I’ve been developing databases since 1999 and have developed for Audioline, Doro, Geemarc, Binatone and Vodafone.

If you would like to have a chat to discuss if I’m able to help as a developer within your business, please do call or message me from our “Contact Us” page.
